Digital Reconstruction of Works by Polish Female Artists of the Early \n20th Century<\/em> is a project developed as part of the KPO for Culture scholarship program. \nThe aim of the program was to provide individualized professional training and foster \nthe development of artistic and digital skills. As a sculptor, I sought to expand my \nprof iciency in using Blender, a 3D animation and design software, through this \nscholarship. The result of my learning and work is the digital reconstruction of four \nartworks by Polish female artists:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Double-Sickle Ashtray<\/em> \u2013 an iconic Art Deco object designed by Julia Keilowa in 1935.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Tobacco Kiosk Design<\/em> \u2013 a competition project for a kiosk created by Katarzyna Kobro and W\u0142adys\u0142aw Strzemi\u0144ski in 1927.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Glass Coffin Bed <\/em>\u2013 a piece of furniture designed for a functionalist interior by Sara \nLipska, a pioneer in using glass in decorative interior design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Warsaw Mermaid<\/em> \u2013 a reconstruction of Ludwika Nitschowa\u2019s original concept for the \nmonument, envisioned as a 20-meter-high green glass sculpture standing in the \nmiddle of the Vistula River<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There are works of art that one thinks about, fantasizes about, and transforms. The \nimplementation of the <em>Projekt<\/em><em>u<\/em><em>Project: Repetition<\/em> gave me the opportunity to examine four \nsuch works. I was able to explore the artists' creations in greater depth and remain \nimpressed by their work for some time.
